Blackout for several days
I feel them, I can hear them, they're always here...
Watching, cackling
They are my burden, the weight I bear
Into the burning hells
To the master
In my heart they're hiding
I hear them when I'm wake
I feel them when I'm lonely
My fellows from beyond
Reality is fading
They're turning everything to nothingness
Sometimes when I'm staring out the window
Everything turns monochrome
Sometimes when I'm staring at a mirror
This is not me
The horrors I see
Behind my eyes
The shadows cast in me
Everything died
I know this couldn't be
There's nothing real
It's not a dream
But this is not true
Sometimes I dream of her
She is untouchable
Sometimes I dream of her
She isn't real and won't ever be
Into the burning hells
She is my mistress
Smirched by the semen of many
Goddess take my flesh
Smirched by the semen of many
Goddess take me deep

Desolator have the distinction of creating music that should appeal to any fan of the various death metal sub genres. You’re going to find both brutal (Adversarial Doctrine) and melodic (Methods of Self-deception) tracks; the album has an old school feel while not really falling into OSDM worship. The technical aspect is by no means central, but tech death fans should appreciate the riff craft on display (Creatures of Habit). I even got a Sepultura vibe from the drums on the last track.
